my friend gave me 8 boxes of vintage clothes from his grandma over the last 4 decades - she owned a boutique in southern germany and had great taste. i’m recording the unboxing and can’t wait to give them a second life. if anyone has tips for how to make secondhand selling not suck, lmk!!

@twolf I think dedicates their time to creating new things but maybe an upcycling project could be cool 👀 ? Also BOSON Protocol could be cool for creating a dedicated store for this...

I often buy second hand designer clothes and fix/restore/refashion them. Could be fun!

incredible!! i’ll organize a few pieces tmrw and follow up w you. a lot are made in italy / france / germany with decadent materials, so not necessarily designer but maybe worth a look

kicking off with this madeleine wool blazer in electric chartreuse. structured, lined, and finished with the coolest engraved metal buttons. love the contrast trim, and the pocket detail is cute but maybe dated. it’s lovely as is but i wonder if it could be more wearable?

This is a really unique and beautiful jacket. I'm not sure I would change it. Many women in Switzerland/Austria/Germany wear very similar designs over traditional garments like dirndls, so in that sense, it's not really outdated. I think you could sell this one as it is, particularly if aimed at the right market. Also, I think it could look modern and interesting over the right pair of blue jeans!
