Is there a way to find out at the protocol level what casts have been reported and why a user would be banned or shadow banned. Any pointers to docs or tools appreciated. Thx

Thanks! Is it a native implementation or is it built on an existing coin framework?

I think I’m shadow banned - to see my replies users need to tap “show additional replies”. How can I figure out what is happening?

And Europeans will also start developing a more robust defense industry as well. Unfortunately with Putin at the eastern border of Europe, there is little else they can do.

Many crypto leaders worked hard to bring Democrats on board, but it didn’t happen. The progressive playbook often involves framing issues as political to mobilize their base - even when those issues arguably shouldn’t be.

North Korea built the bomb for the same reason Iran wants it today: it’s one of the only two ways these countries can project a sense of ‘grandeur’ - by instilling fear and awe both domestically and internationally. By any other measure I can think of, these countries are small.

For many people, the case for crypto is apolitical - it’s about embracing a new technology that improves access and democratize the infrastructure. Interestingly, for Dems, it still appears to be a political issue. https://www.semafor.com/article/07/15/2025/house-democrats-whip-against-each-other-on-crypto-bill

The very nature of modern political speech makes it irreducible to a single source of ‘truth.’ Consider dialectical oppositions—they are central to political discourse. Any attempt to capture and reduce such speech with a tool, even one claiming higher rationality, is unlikely to succeed for long imo.

I don’t think I’ve heard a single good argument explaining how Nixon’s resignation triggered the Iranian Revolution.

A weaker USD may not be good news for Americans vacationing abroad, sure.. but they are a minority. On the other hand, a lower USD boosts U.S. exports by making American goods more competitive overseas.

Trump seems to consistently miscalculate others’ willingness to negotiate. "President Trump said Friday he halted plans to potentially ease sanctions on Iran after Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei downplayed the success of U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on Iran's nuclear program. Trump and his advisers had hoped Iran would agree to a meeting with the U.S. next week, where the White House planned to offer incentives — including limited sanctions relief — to jumpstart negotiations. But a defiant video message Thursday by Khamenei — who declared victory over Israel and claimed Iran had dealt the U.S. a "slap in the face" — derailed that effort." His foreign policy legacy seems to depend on whether he can stop the Middle East wars, the Ukraine war, make sure Taiwan remains safe and fix his tariff mess. A tall order!

The Iranians, who developed all components required to build a nuclear weapon, are understandably sorry they got caught by the IAEA.
