no i just wanted to find a way to predit extinction risk like a score....

but that seemed too hard (petabytes of data) so went to smaller problems (early warning signal) is such one (only focused on species, more data available, not multi-scale)

there's only been 5 extinction level events globally so that's really few data points to do much machine learning on sadly
