Majority Indian or non-indian? From the thread it seems non-indian. But also depends on how you define India.

Integration became a focus for the Mughals after Akbar sacked Chittor Fort and massacred its Rajput Hindu residents (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Chittorgarh_(1567%E2%80%931568))

After this low point, Rajput + Mughal integration became a real thing (at all levels of society)

Definitely, mughals became gradually Indianized over the years and this was an intentional strategic decision formalized as early as Akbar. And I feel such decisions were also taken by mughal nobles and down the chain of command.

doesn’t help that I shared only the early ones (who had much more Persian and Timurid Ancestry). 

The latter ones had ancestry from bloodlines that already existed much before Babur first conquered Delhi.
