Babur, the first Mughal:
100% Turko-Mongol Father: Umar Shaikh Mirza (Timurid Turkic-Mongol)
Mother: Qutlugh Nigar Khanum (Mongol, daughter of Yunus Khan of Moghulistan)

Humayun:
50% Turko-Mongol (from father Babur)
50% Persian (from mother Maham Begum, Persian noblewoman)

Akbar:
25% Turko-Mongol (from paternal grandfather Babur)
75% Persian (50% from paternal grandmother Maham Begum, 25% from mother Hamida Banu Begum, a Persian Shia noblewoman)

Jahangir:
12.5% Turko-Mongol (from great-grandfather Babur)
37.5% Persian (from grandmother Maham Begum and mother Hamida Banu Begum)
50% Rajput (Rajasthani) (from mother Mariam-uz-Zamani, a Rajput princess of Amber)

Aurangzeb:
6.25% Turko-Mongol (from ancestor Babur)
25% Rajput (Rajasthani) (from great-grandmother Mariam-uz-Zamani)
68.75% Persian (from father Shah Jahan and mother Arjumand Banu Begum — both of largely Persian noble descent)

doesn’t help that I shared only the early ones (who had much more Persian and Timurid Ancestry). 

The latter ones had ancestry from bloodlines that already existed much before Babur first conquered Delhi.

Majority Indian or non-indian? From the thread it seems non-indian. But also depends on how you define India.
