The new Samsung Android UI sucks so bad. They have changed some interactions that haven't been changed in 10 years.

You sure those weren't stock android UI changes? That's how I felt when my Pixel got updated.

Possible. But I think it's a part of Samsung's One Ui 7 update. They have combined the pull down to view notifications/settings into one gesture depending on which direction of the screen you pull from and it's the most annoying thing.

Lol sounds like they copied iOS. Every time I have to use my partner's phone it takes me like 5 tries to get the correct pull down. Don't think pixel has this one but they did change the back button to be swipe motions which took me quite a while to get used to. That said it is configurable.
