It’s a long story, but here’s the short version: I was 18, maybe 20. No diploma, failed school, spending weekends drinking, smoking, and just messing around. Then she came into my life. I had a choice, keep going nowhere, or try building something real with her.
She believed in me, pushed me to grow in my career. Together, we bought our first apartment, then a house. We had three kids, and somehow, twenty years went by.
