the criteria were pretty strict for the first allocations - top 10% of tippers, based on a formula incorporating number of tips, # of accounts tipped, and $ value tipped. for staking you had to be amongst the top stakers as well.

there's also some folks who are among the top DEGEN/Noice tippers.

accounts receiving allocations got a boost based on their quotient score (i.e. higher score, slightly higher boost), but beyond that, the score was just used to help identify farming accounts.
