Today’s lunch is a very traditional here in Japan: Grilled Atka Mackerel Usually we eat as breakfast but when I feel the need of some good fats I eat them for lunch. During my first years in Japan was difficult to eat this daily but now I’m sad when I can’t eat any. Human get used to everything 😉
