Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

I have a 10-15 minute stretching and foam rolling routine (foam ball, not a cylinder) that I do most mornings. It's a very targeted set of stretches/rolls that help prevent avoid knee, chest, and back pain.

Do you have any videos or resources on how to do this?

No, can’t say I do. I was doing a 30 minute yoga routine for a while (Baron Baptiste beginner class) and realized every physical therapy exercise I’d ever been given (for various unrelated conditions) was represented in that 30 min. Wanting to speed things up…

I just listed all my literal pain points and made the routine based on that list. Stretching is calfs, hamstrings, quads, and pecs. Foam ball for back of neck, traps, back (wall sits with ball going up either side of spine), hip flexors, and forearms.
