also some more fun info Clanker coins have 20x the volume of Zora coins Clanker coins have 50x the rewards earned of Zora coins i just like numbers

yes! i just find it odd they’ve made 2 base coins only on Zora. Jesse has made way more coins only on Zora. Clanker makes 50,000 a day (.13% of its market cap) and is prolly the most effective protocol on base

yeah not totally sure. i would assume the motives are that they see zora as being more likely to onboard than clanker. for better or worse but seems that way at least fwiw i prefer clanker for coins, preferred when zora was nft minting protocol

yeah we’ll see how it all works out I think @zora could change one thing and it would fix a lot of this when a content creator goes to ‘coin’ on Zora give them the option to make it a erc-20 token or make it a mint

i would really love that option. or have like zora.co/mint for the nerds that want collections etc but i think they’re just gonna double down on the social feed for the foreseeable future tbh prob worth coining some stuff yourself cuz airdrop

yea exactly I think this would be guud but yes agree they’ll just double down yea also was curious if ppl trading the coins are gonna be eligible for the drop. And how that works, might only be eligible if trading thru Zora
