I thought farcaster was striving towards this also?

I guess what I don't understand is:

- why build something so similar to farcaster?
- why splinter the community into smaller pieces?

I understand tipping is not sustainable, but idk how we got HERE.

It was 100% farming. It’s way better now but historically it’s been terrible.

Also, he stated many times that he reduced allowances to make tipping sustainable for like 3 more years.

I simply don't have time to add more apps like this.

Me too. I’m having trouble understanding his thinking. I don’t see it working. I’m not using a separate app just to tip my own degen w/the potential of an allowance.

I'm just.... confused 😬🤷‍♀️💀
