there's some blocking ads extensions, and with the latest chrome move to nerf them maybe safari is actually a better host in the future for such extensions.

I used to run a pihole but now I just do reader mode on by default on safari which works fine for most of my usage

Nice! Yeah, I like the Safari. I would use it more often if it had:

+ uBlock
+ Better support for crypto wallets

Im happy to report im using safari on macos26 and have not almost opened chrome as fallback due to my addiction to chrome extensiosn

Someone told me they are full "sell the user data" now so I stopped... That was my go to though. Back on Chrome using the @visualizevalue.eth extension
