This involves inviting one person, onboarding them, and staying engaged with them for their first month. You can start a direct cast with them, ensure they keep notifications on, and introduce them to interesting people and casts. Encourage them to contribute in areas where they have expertise. This personal touch can help them feel at home in the community. 

According to GM Farcaster ep151 at 05:03, "The single most useful thing anyone can do to help Farcaster is invite one person and be their Farcaster Sherpa for the first month."
