1. analyst @ blackstone; bought a couple billion of real estate. Wanted ~out of RE/finance
2. investing/product @ cadre; democratizing access to real estate. With the company from 1 to ~50, wanted more tech
3. founder @ canvas; building google analytics for brick & mortar retail using CNNs & security cameras. Worked on it half a year before realizing I didn't care at all about the problem
4. founder @ emrys; peer to peer marketplace for GPUs for AI training & inference (2019 rip). Overbuilt the product, died from lack of usage (own morale as a solo founder)
5. freelancer; mostly programming on a family office's internal deal & portfolio managing tool
