$lemon3 update. I launched $lemon3 a couple of weeks ago to support the development of "lemon3", the app. No utility, just a way to do something that resembles fundraising. https://warpcast.com/vrypan.eth/0x630fc375 But now, I'm in the interesting place of preparing to launch a service that will make if trivial for simple MiniApps to notify their subscribers. And I tried to think of a way to implement a way to charge some small amount for it. But then I realized I already have a token. So, why not use $lemon3 for this? It's already in the hands of ~1500 users, most of them are familiar with Farcaster, sounds like a good idea. To make a long story short, in order to use the notification service, you will have to hold 10M $lemon3 (~$3, rn). You don't have to pay something, just hold the amount in your wallet.

I like this approach for a number of reasons. First of all, it allows a free trial: Get some tokens, try it, if you don't like it sell them. It's also easy to adjust. If the price goes up and 10M tokens are worth $30, I can adjust the minimum amount required, and the users that hold more than needed can sell their surplus. And finally, when the service is more mature, I can actually charge $lemon3 to use it. I can also use the same approach for other services/projects I'm working on. What do you think?
