i need a cheap API that can tell me all the mutuals of a given fid
- dune query too expensive
- neynar API no longer works

building this requires an index of the whole follow graph and needs to be kept in sync

Update: best solution is probably reading up to N pages from snapchain’s getLinksByFid?fid/target_fid and then falling back to dune if there are additional pages

And then add some caching
