Anyone here that has gone deep down the rabbit hole with Wim Hof breathing?

I find Kundalini sequences more nuanced and powerful. Kind of like an apothecary for energetic states whereas Wim Hof is a blunt force.

Yes, and I’ve gone further down the rabbit hole by taking Peter McEwen’s Tummo meditation class (that Wim Hof’s ideas are partially based on) What have you noticed with your own physiology re wim hof exercises?

From what I've noticed, his followers tend to avoid rabbit holes, preferring the icy peaks of the Tatra Mountains, where they gather half-naked to be rescued by search and rescue teams.

Yes I did breathing each morning throughout a Scottish winter by the coast, followed by a dip in the sea. You get very good at accepting the cold and holding your breath. Effects more psychological than physiological in my experience. Good for a strong will (because you have to turn the shower cold each time)
