I can't emphasize enough how impactful Wim Hof breathing has been on my nervous system. Rapid, deep breaths to temporarily increase oxygen levels, engaging the sympathetic nervous system. Then the breath hold out engages the parasympathetic system promoting relaxation. This sequence when repeated works wonders!!

Well some of his accomplishments are definitely because of his genetics, not the practice. He also took the breathing from a well versed Asian practice if I remember correctly. But the nervous system stuff I find to be rock solid..
