their nft contract is being invoked directly during the tip. Part of a new rollout, called Tipn actions.

not yet - we control the tip function invocation, and the `action` contract is one of the arguments we pass in. we're figuring out the best way for devs to specify an action to use. for acidtest, we hardcoded the action for likes on their announcement cast.
