birthday blues hitting hard this year. not sure why - maybe it’s the growing older thing, or just life feeling heavy lately. trying to lean into the feels instead of faking sunshine. anyone else get this way before their birthday?

before my birthday, I always groan) and I always remember that, of course, for my mother it was both a holiday and a pain) so it's understandable why I'm worried and my condition is not +) so I try to help myself, live my birthday harmoniously for myself)
