cold Russian soup okroshka  need: 300g meat, 4 potatoes, 3 cucumbers, 1 bunch radish, 4 eggs, green onion & dill, mustard, sugar, 1l kefir, 0.5l sparkling water. chop, mix, enjoy! 😋

Instead of potatoes you can add avocado, I tried it, it's also delicious 😋

My husband and daughter would probably even take the potatoes out of this salad 🥗❌🥔 I have no idea what kind of dish that would be. Maybe salad air? 😁

My son eats it like a salad and doesn't understand the taste either.😁
