One thing I find really frustrating about claiming SUP (increasing flow rate) is the claim time is always the same and it's in the middle of the night. By the time I wake up the claim is closed. (UK time)

there’s a minimum time to wait until you can next claim but there’s no such thing as a “closing claim period”

if your countdown ends in the middle of the night it just means you last claimed in the middle of the night. you can just wait until later!

Ok, so right now it says next claim in 03:19. When I wake up it says next claim in 16 hours or something. Maybe that's because I didn't have anything to claim anyway? If I did it would be waiting for me right?
