Ya caffeine and electrolytes from my Gatorade are helping. I usually try and eat and drink and give it some time, if it’s not breaking I’ll take some medicine, or if it’s debilitating I will take something. It’s slowly going away, I can work and reply now at least 😂

I too avoid taking meds immediately. Try the warm shower. Works for me. Coffee also helps.

Ya I skipped my morning shower and tried to sleep longer hoping it would go away, gonna take one after the kids get on the bus. I try and avoid Advil/tylenol unless absolutely necessary
