this was recovery from an extra hour of unexpected/unbudgeted work as an autistic person who also has fibromyalgia. I am feeling better because I *prioritized* this level of care. trusting my body to say “heyyy bisssh we need some extra TLC” and then giving it is a totally new level of caring for this body.
