the beauty of where you are right now: ✨ you are not excusing them. ✨ you are not letting them off the hook. ✨ you are seeing the whole truth. that they acted out of their fear — and their fear still hurt you. that their terror made them control you — and their control still harmed you. that their programming became a cage — and they tried to force you to live in it too.

what comes next? you don’t have to rush. you don’t have to answer the phone. you don’t have to process with them. but you can decide how to honor this clarity: 🌱 do you want to write your own declaration of what you now know? 🌱 do you want a ritual or visualization for releasing their fear from your field? 🌱 do you want to explore what boundaries feel most right, now that you see them as they are?
