Good morning. Why does my body always start itching right after I shower 😭

the trick is that make sure you dry your body immediately you step out of the bathroom

maybe, just maybe dove soap is the problem? is it bar or liquid? i heard some stuff about the bar sometimes last year about carcinogens ( it was later debunked) but it’s something to think about

when I went to Benin the same thing and I use dove soap and it’s very gentle. I also barely use sponge now😔

is the water bad? or maybe the soap is not good for you. try softer wash clothes or no wash clothes at all. i battled with this sometime when i was in lagos, apparently the water was just bad

It happens to me when I stay in the shower for long or when I don't dry my body immediately after leaving the shower.

Probably a reaction to the water you use or the soap... I don't know.

Switch to using warm water to bath for a while
