an idea (that is def too provocative to share on birdapp & one even im not 100% sure i agree with): every few years (and especially during bear markets), there should be a shakeup of talent from every web3 company. founders remain, but everyone else gets reallocated, draft-style

this practically happens because vesting cycles (4yr) and crypto cycles (3-4yr) are roughly aligned
