If collectibles are to become more than memcoins, the actual content is important. - What is stored? An image? The actual castAdd message? - Where is the content stored? Is it stored in a way that I can feel it will be there in a year, or will it be like many NFTs I bought 3 years ago and are now broken jpegs?

- image - image is stored in the cloud and will be up for as long as farcaster is - metadata is upgradeable and we can choose to change the metadata in the future if we want to ossify it further https://github.com/farcasterxyz/collectible-casts

There are casts I would like to collect, for my own personal reasons (not meme- or trade-oriented). The current setup has a discounted value for me, because I treat it as very ephemeral and ephemeral is not compatible with collectible in my mind. I would get significantly more value (and the NFT would be more valuable to me), if: - data were stored on IPFS (so I can pin them if I like, regardless of what Merkle does) - data included the image and castAdd My 2c
