Start with airdrop quests that reward early engagement (not just wallets). Drop a lightweight onchain tool or toy tied to the core product fun > friction. Pair with meme-first content + a growth loop (e.g., staking = more mint power = more $noice). Partner with 1-2 Base-native dApps to build native relevance. Build fast, ship weird.
