unpopular opinion: you cringe at others simply because you hate yourself ..because they don't meet your standard of "what is socially acceptable " ..because you apply that standard to yourself too ..because if you want to do something, you fear you will not meet that standard ..because you will cringe at yourself for "failing" and because... you will hate yourself for not being good enough

But what if you start looking at others with empathy? What if you see their attempts as a mere "trying" rather than a "humiliation"? You will end up being kind to yourself too Maybe you'll try new things, maybe you'll fail And maybe.. that isn't such a bad thing You'll no longer fear failure - and THAT will be your superpower :) So stop cringing at others to stop being harsh on yourself. You are your own biggest cheerleader 🫶
