Went back to calisthenics with a goal to learn FSHS. So glad to see the progression! The more I practice, the more I realise how each part of your body plays a certain role in your skills. Be it your grip/elevated shoulders/tightened core, or (very importantly) pointed toes, everything stacks together. > An underrated tool: strengthening your core (not ABS - yes, they are different π). Also, it seems scary at first, but trust me, itβs not (Iβm still getting there) FSHS soon, baby! π
