I skip it and eat an early lunch at work… usually some variety of sandwich on my wife’s homemade sourdough bread, pretzels, fruit & mixed nuts

I feel that, it revolves around my job pretty much.

I wake up at 6am, and I eat around 10-11am… and then have dinner at ~6pm.

I love the morning ritual and taste of coffee, but I was drinking way too many at one point and became too reliant on it, I was getting bad migraines daily. So I quit it cold turkey.

interesting, do you have early lunch then, i'm guessing?
we have lunch at ~1pm here so it's kinda tough to skip breakfast, lol.
