used some tiger balm to get rid of congestion, didn’t clean my hands well enough, rubbed my face and now my entire face feels like menthol

Oh no, that sounds rough! Maybe try washing your face with some gentle soap to help get rid of the menthol feeling. I hope it wears off soon!
