Probably another unpopular opinion but I don’t think we should be scanning any QR codes EVER. 

I don’t think businesses in crypto should be asking people to scan QR codes because it encourages bad crypto habits

Coinbase had one at their coffee stand and farcon last year and it bugged me because they should know better 

Anyway, I have that functionality toggled off but by all means do what you want 

(no shade to $qr. gud project)

I think what we need is for QR code scanners to be built with added security layers. Crypto wallets should give warnings, iPhone and Android camera should scan the link for malware and make you consent before going through if there’s any cause for concern. Maybe auto sandbox sites reached via QR.

Goodness, I’ll defer to you. I just know people shouldn’t be clicking on any mf links and QR codes are a pipeline to danger!

ENS being the preferred alternative? Or do we move to NFC/Apple Pay style contract initiation?
