I like to think that almost everything is like that. The major difference is that with exercise you receive a massive ROI in other categories outside of your aesthetics. 
Things like your energy, the way people treat and see you, how clothes fit, cognition and even your level of professional success. 

So it just has an incredible exponential benefit. I love it!
