Job offer received!! What do you think frens, should I leave my low-paid theatre tech gig for a work-from-home av service coordinator position?

Life changes are scary, but I’ve been feeling stuck in my current job for quite a while, and realized there’s absolutely no room for growth. It’s a big change, but feels necessary.

congrats man! sounds like you're leaning towards it for quality of life and general change of the soul. so i say go for it. Seems like the new gig prbly pays more, but even if it doesn't WFH is a huge step up in happiness.
taking the leap away from a place i've been a while is always so hard for me, but each time has been an improvement. especially since you have more experience of the world now

Yep, that’s the idea! :) Also I’m thinking about my son’s future and providing for him. The new job is a step up in pay, and since it’s remote, I think I’ll have some flexibility to take care of single-parent responsibilities when needed!

That’s awesome to hear that each time you’ve brought change it came with an improvement. That’s very reassuring.
