Honest question directed to @v I’ve seen non-English casters under comment sections and while their English may not be the best most are with honest intentions just trying to broaden their horizons. The idea is that spam is not necessarily bot activity but more of unpleasant human activity, would you suggest that because of this barrier non-English speakers should avoid interacting with others? if yes how does this ensure growth of the protocol if it basically shuns inter-engagement.

A good rule of thumb is to think about what you would do in real life. If a stranger was walking down the street saying something in Korean, would you reply to them in Spanish? If it were me, I would try to translate it to Korean because I'm joining in their conversation. I would also only do it if I had something interesting to say to them that they would find helpful or nice.
