I do use one cup of epson salt when i do give myself a feet bath, it became one of my fav activity lol

When they say put in a cup or two.. no. 
Dump half the bag. I put in probably 5+ cups 

my dad was a body builder and this was his method for sore muscles and aches. And it does wonders
