obv it's on distribution to get to the masses, but as you mentioned, web3 has smth unique, which is working closely with angel user

that's building the culture from the buttom up

culture & alignment helps if onchain eats the world but if the diff bw web2 & web3 product is 10m users & 2 buttons - it's a hard sell & easy to copy.
