Good examples. What if you can simply tip on Substack (for example with mask plugin) and they even add one donation button? Then, there’s not much difference between web 2 and web 3 product and it remains a game of “what has the best distribution”.

culture & alignment helps if onchain eats the world but if the diff bw web2 & web3 product is 10m users & 2 buttons - it's a hard sell & easy to copy. > web3 products have an edge to closely work with users, communities & take in feedback to find & build better, long-term edges
