What are examples of small indie websites that maintain collections, archives, libraries and indexes?

I think publishing "documents" to the web is kind of solved - but publishing collections of data still requires things like "databases" and "developers"

I dig old computers and used bookstores. Building folio.co and learning about computers at https://show.csprimer.com

https://ultrasound.money is a good one and I believe still small indie dev team.
