GM Started week 3 of 1500m training plan today. First day I've felt the tangible fitness gains from starting. Longer run than usual with heart rate kept under control. Good reminder that the work you put in can take some time to show results.

First round end of August but should be easy. Next round in October. Trying to hit 4:2x for that to win. (last year was 4:42)
