It feels as though almost anyone can self-learn LLM literacy through trial and error/sheer tenacity vs having to learn a specific way to deal with spreadsheets/complex formulas. In which case people who have a resume with enough varied life experience alone are likely to be of far more valuable in an LLM world than someone who did nothing except spreadsheets for the majority of their career - the former can learn the latter skills easily through an LLM whereas going in the opposite direction probably has a lot more friction.
