the ghost of an injury haunted me today ive had some pretty serious ones on my life. used to play soccer "competitively" 4x/week (always took it very seriously on the games) so im used to the feeling and consequences of having something in your body that is different from what makes it work properly and today i didnt feel as powerful as other times when running, so i somehow had that ghost on my back. but i said hi to it. and took it as a reminder to loose the body. to become free from tension. to use every step as a vehicle for releasing any stress that could be present inside it and it helped running has evolved into an extension of my meditation practice. each time that i discover that im lost in thought, i return to myself. to what is alive in that moment. to the sensations that i feel in my body. through the images that come through my awareness thoughts are tempting, you know? and im on a moment on my life where the ideas that come to me are infinite so i play to just let them go and keep going

Amazing work. I love the time with my brain running gives me. You quickly realise what a powerful tool we have at our disposal. Always on, always ticking away, capable of an Infinity of possibilities. Of true freedom. Injuries are like scars. It's good to have a reminder that plays into memory. That fuels the mind with stories amd pictures. Knew you'd kill it.
