Because we deployed our smart accounts there! We use a derivative of Winternitz One Time Signature (WOTS+) to prefix all your transactions with post-quantum cryptography. A quantum attacker can't reveal a matching post-quantum signature, so any transaction they tried to counterfeit would unwind immediately.
