That was fucking horrible.
9.5 km but it took me four attempts. FOUR! I did 5km, way too quickly for how hot it is, and how tired I am, and then dribbled out another 1.25km, and another .5km, after taking a walking, stretching, and getting my head back into the game break, which clearly wasn't working, until the fourth bite of the cherry, when I limped round 2.75 more kilometres to peter out at 9.5km in total with a horrendously slow overall pace. It's around an hour in total, but I'm not going to post it up.
I went later than I would normally, which was a break of routine, I went on a different route to normal - another break of routine, but above all, I think I'm just overwhelmingly tired.
Might not do the interval training this weekend, and sit it out instead, and rest a bit. It was hot today, no question about that, but more than anything else, I think today was my body saying enough for a bit, lets rest, recuperate, and come back stronger.
