rolling out 2.0 has been met with many hurdles and surprises, this week:

- First stage of testnet verification has completed
- BlossomSub 2.0 has been published as a separate library so other projects can also make use of it (https://github.com/QuilibriumNetwork/go-libp2p-stack)
- Second stage of testnet verification has revealed a specialized attack that stalls network performance on a shard, forcing us to delay rollout to mainnet while it is being fixed
