Interesting approach when the checker showed "note eligible" in the case of Noice "if rewards come - amazing. if not - still worth it that’s the whole philosophy" WOW! That's a really interesting philosophical position. I don't agree with noice's solution: "it doesn't matter how much money you gave away, it matters who you gave it to" Does it matter if the person who gave away $noice tips at the same time was glorifying the project and doing it for the benefit of the project, isn't that weird? Shouldn't we reward that person?

I also disagree with them. Strange distribution. I delivered a tip in the amount of $40, but received $27, while the person who gave a tip in the amount of $20 gets $70...

In any case, I am grateful to noice for helping many communities in the distribution of funds. Like how @luc @frontend @sidshekhar used it

Yes, it's definitely true. However, I think it's not very right on the part of Noice. Projects should not take into account "to whom" they delivered tips or paid, it is important how interested the user is and how much he spent his money. In the case of Noice, it was not profitable, because in addition to the fact that the user is interested and delivered tips on an ongoing basis, using regular tip delivery using the Noice mini app, he also told and mentioned them, thereby creating advertising and involvement of other users.
