There haven't been enough token distribution experiments tied to physical products or events 

Tying together the physical and digital worlds is something that I think we'll see happen more over time.  Stuff like AR, connected items, digitally gated events based on verifications, etc

No, but I know people who are interested in it even now. But basically it was an interesting time where you could do physical training and earn money at the same time.
