I’ve been sleeping around 4-6 AM lately, with no proper sleep routine. But now I’m trying to fix it, aiming to sleep by 11-12 PM and get a good 8 hours of rest. Staying up late like that can mess with your hormones/ vitamin D. So it’s really important to sleep at the right time. It’s tough, but I’m working on it too. Stay healthy 😁
